I have just looked at someones Diviant site and they had over 40 pages of favs. What do people do with them? Sit on lonely evenings and flick through them. It's very nice to be chosen by a stranger but what does anyone get out of it?

With all this wealth of artistic talent on display; now on a global basis. Is there anything totally new. Fashionable art is akin to the 'Kings New Clothes' with a few 'critics' championing the cause of an obscure individual. All very nice if you happen to be that individual, but not exactly what the majority want to see. So the people who like to be seen to be in the know flock to the feet of these 'style critics' not wanting to be left out. And let's face it if they shell out vast amounts of money on something the majority of people derise and laugh at are they that clever?

lol, Thanks, I'm not much of an artist but I also like to think about that when talking to other people, because I take words very seriously,
If you get pleasure from doing something then do it. If I had listened to everyone I would have never picked up a brush. I've been told by galleries I'm 'Not Commercial' That means other people don't make money out of me I like that Idea. I won't get rich but I'll be happy.
